Here is a little card I made. The second card I've made in my new craft room.
It's my Design Team example for November 2024's Archi-scraps challenge. Here is the image to be inspired my. You must use only colours in this pic.

Hello,
At Archi-scraps this month the challenge is to use wet or dry embossing and the image below.
Here is the inside.
Thanks for looking.

Here is a soft, mint and yellow coloured card. It features a frame, with a popped up framed sentiment.
This is for June's card sketch at Stick It Down.
I j'adore an ornate ceiling. The World is full of them. I can't wait to visit and see more of them.
In the meantime, we can dream of being there by being inspired by Archi-scraps' latest challenge. Look at this magnificent architecture.
I chose to make a card. You need to include 5 florals and at least 5 circles.
I made a tall card to represent the columns and I added 1 strip of patterned paper and 2 strips of washi.
I then used circle cutters with some patterned papers that I felt matched the pic above. I also chose one large circle in the dark blue.
Hope you join in.

Hello.
I have a sweet, simple card to enter into March 2023's Stick it Down challenge.
Here is my design.
I have also used the patterned paper from the front on the inside.
Thanks for looking.

Here's a really simple card that I have made for the January 2023 Stick It Down card sketch challenge.
Here's the sketch I had to use.

I usually manage to do the Stick It Down card challenge at the start of each month. This month I've been too busy, but I've squeezed it in.
Here is the sketch to work with:
You can see part of my lobby is decorated, ready for Halloween, in the background. The colour orange may have influenced me. haha
Happy Halloween for Monday.

Hi there.
It's time to have a bit of fun with paper. Archi-scraps challenge is to used rolled paper on your paper project. Below is the inspiration pic.
I decided to make a card. I came up with the idea of creating a fan.
I got a book out from the library and it had a pattern in it for rolled paper tubes, but I downscaled the size to suit my project.
I used pink cardstock for the background to make the blue of the fan pop.
The sentiment reads Have a FANtastic birthday. A cute pun I think.
Sometimes I quite like to decorate the inside. It's a nice surprise, plus the card is quite big so that would be a lot of room to write otherwise.
I like to join in with the card sketch each month.
Here is a card I made using my favourite colour. The cake is a die-cut. The "rainbow" is a pattern I made using different paints.
It's for the Stick It Down challenge.
Thanks for looking.

I love playing along with the Stick it Down card sketch.
This month I have a special birthday to celebrate. My son turns 25. I will give this card to him on the weekend. I can't believe I became a Mother 25 years ago. Wow, where did that time go?
I have found a new challenge to enter. It is called Daring Cardmakers. I loved the inspiration image.

Today is St Patrick's Day. I decided to make a card so I thought I'd make a green one. I'm also wearing green. I'm not Irish, but my surname is!
Here is my card.
I felt like creating today so I went looking for a challenge.
I chose to do the card sketch from this month's Stick it down.
I also chose to decorate the inside a little bit.

ARCHISCRAPS September challenge is here. Time for a new challenge. Are you ready?
Take inspiration from the picture below. It is a very purple door. Look closely at the window inserts, they're very ornate and pretty. There's also some black in there and brick too.
I went with black and purple and I took inspiration from the glasswork. The criteria is to use shades of purple. We really want to see purple hues. Do not be spare with it.

I have a birthday card for you to see today.
I chose to use washi tape to create the design. Just the black, red and white colours to make it bold. Using salmon accents and a bit of gold complemented these colours well.
Here is my card and you can see the sketch for this month's Stick it Down challenge below.

Today's birthday card used 4 basic colours. I wanted to keep it simple.
It's from a Stick It Down sketch for July 2021. See below.
Take a look at this striking building. That black metal "lace" cast iron balustrades is incredible. This is a colonial style building in Melbourne, Australia.
This is this month's inspiration for Archiscraps' May 2021 challenge. The extra criteria is shabby chic.
Here is my DT design.
Let's see what this inspires you to do. Upload your creation on facebook at the community page here.
Have a great day.

Hi everyone.
Here is a card I made for the Archiscraps challenge this month.
I discovered today that I didn't have any suitable male birthday cards in my stash. Today is my hubby's birthday. I had put aside a card to give him from me and expected my sons would get him one themselves. But, we have been in Covid lockdown all week and they couldn't go get him one.
I've made these two very nice cards. I like the strong colour theme. I always think simple cards are best for guys.
This card is for Soul Scrappers' challenge TTT67 challenge. I chose the left vertical line.
Have a great day.
