I chose to make a card.
The little teacups on the cupcakes are so cute. I chose to use a teacup image on my card as well. I've made the flower out of paper and Ialso made the embellishment in the centre.
Wow, this is a darling card, Dale!! I love all of the shades of blue, too!!
