Cyber Crop at Mystical - Travel/Holiday theme

Come and join in at Mystical Scrapbooks on Friday, 3 January for a weekend of fun. You will have a week to get your entries in to the challenges.

Card for Day 360

Here is a card for 365 Cards challenge for Day 360. It's an anything goes theme but I have yet to show this Christmas card. It's a little bit different, usual colours though.

Today I have taken down all my Christmas decorations and tree. I did miss one though. I bought a Santa this year that has a parachute and I hung him from the chandelier in the lounge room. I spotted him this afternoon. Pity as I have packed everything up. Does anyone else ever do that? Miss one decoration?

Thanks for looking.

Have yourself a merry little Christmas

I would like to wish all of my followers a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful, happy New Year.  Here is a little Christmas cheer. My son Mark took this video of me singing with the chorus I'm in, A Cappella West, in the City of Perth last Friday night.

Stay safe and have a great holiday season.  Thanks for following my blog. I hope I have inspired you in some small way.

Reindeer Christmas Card

Here is a Christmas card that's a bit different that I have made using a little folding technique. I'm entering this in the December 2013 Artastic challenge.  I've picked the word reindeer as my inspiration from this pic.

Christmas cone tree

Frustrated by my attempts to purchase a Christmas tree topper that would stay on the tree I have been inspired by Leslie's post over at Counterfeit Kits (see it here) to make my own.

Here is a pic of it outside so you can see that it does sparkle a little.

Here is a pic of it on the tree. As you can see it fits perfectly and does not try to fall off like the metal one I bought did.

I'm entering this in Liz's challenge THC69 at Soul Scrappers which is to create something Christmassy that is off the page.

Christmas scrapbook layout challenge

I'm feeling very festive just lately. Is anyone looking for a challenge to do for a Christmas page? Yes, terrific. Please head over and do my challenge at Soul Scrappers. You can win a RAK from me. Yay.

It is an easy one. Trust me.

Published at Scrapbooking.com

I'm proud to say that I've  had a feature article published at Scrapbooking.com magazine here. It's about a layout featuring circles. If you have come from there welcome to my blog and I'd love for you to become a follower. Thanks for your interest and have a great day.
