Clothes Swap

I had a clothes swap at my place with 3 friends. I invited many but only 3 could come. We shared some food and wine and best of all, our clothes. Everyone went home with something new to them and I donated whatever was left over (a lot) to Save the Children charity shop. I recommend this activity.

Busy

It's actually raining today. They've predicted a thunderstorm.
Mark is off on an excursion. He's taken a brolley. Teacher said not to but I wrote him a note saying I'd like him to have one. Aren't I always the cheeky one. Others will too though I'm sure.
I'm trying to come up with a good enough excuse not to go to step class. I have my workout attire on though.

Plastic cast

I took Damon to the hand surgeon today for him to take a look. He recommended the therapist remove the plaster cast and fit a plastic molded cast, which is removable. It's great. It gives Damon a lot more freedom and is most comfortable. Best of all, no sling.

I did another ABT class this morning. I enjoyed it more because I knew what I was going to be doing. We'll see if it still hurts as much tomorrow.

Broken

My 12yo son broke a bone in his hand yesterday. We spent 6 1/2 hrs at emergency. I've kept him home today so he can rest it, plus he feels a bit sick. Great day to spent indoors as it is very wintery/rainy outside.

ABT

My friend Kate and I did a group fitness class today. First one I"ve done in many years. It was ABT and boy it was pretty hard. I'm way out of shape. We've committed to going and doing some group exercise twice a week. I'm looking forward to getting trimmer and more fit. Bring it on.
