Progress Report

Here we are, day 6 of the new year.  have completed 10 scrapbook pages so far this year already. On a mission.
It's hot here in Western Australia. There have been bushfires aplenty already, some deliberately lit. Losers who do that make my head boil. A bushfire is so frightening and damaging we should all be doing our utmost to prevent them, not create them.
Looking at getting artificial turf for our back yard. Grass is not successful there and I want some greenery. The sand pit creates a sore and sorry sight and the black feet create an issue when people want to return inside.

Two more sleeps

Wow, only two more sleeps til the big day. How exciting!  I loooove Christmas.

Here is a layout I did for Anna's Craft Cupboard this month. It's taken at this year's Perth Royal Show in the cooking pavillion. I love the cakes the people make to include in the show. SOOO amazing.

Graduation prep

Today I am helping my son's School prepare for their Year 7 Graduation. Damon is in the graduating class. The year book is done. I am making the goodie bags up. I haven't got everything from the Principal yet so I can't complete them. I may need to hide them before Damon comes home.

I've been seasonal cleaning my husband's closet.

I've also done a little mending. I don't like to sew so that was tedious.

We may find out today who the final 3 are. Won't be me. Only had 300 or so posts compared to some crazy amount like 1500 for others. Pity, would have loved the opportunity to be on the Design Team. Still, nice ladies there. It's been fun.

All day scrapping at Barbara's tomorrow. Way to go, way better than the housework I'm doing today.
