#104 September: Phoenix (rising from the Ashes) - as in salvaging a craft 'mistake' perhaps? Getting an education or career after a slow beginning; recovering from an illness ie Breast Cancer; celebrating a divorce?

                   TWIST: use an embossing folder 

This one stumped for a little while.  Then I thought about sending a card to someone who has been unwell.

I love the colour combo of blue, green and white. It's so fresh.  This is a particularly pretty embossing folder that I've used as well.

Father's Day card

 Hey, it's September. Spring has sprung. At last.

Tomorrow is Father's Day in Western Australia. I've made this card for my Dad. I'm hosting an afternoon tea for family at home. I hope he likes it.

I've made it to enter the Stick It Down card sketch challenge. Here is the sketch. I've used the collection On The Move by Kaisercraft (which I won from them some years ago).

You have to add a door.  The background paper I used is from Kaisercraft's Cottage Rose collection. Lots of doors and there is a door in one of my photos.  Got that covered that is for sure. haha

It is September. Time is marching on.

Time for a challenge at ARTastic.

This is the one I chose. It is quite cute and versatile.

I chose to make a card. I used some marker pens, stickers and washi.

I added some little butterfly stickers to go with the inspo pic.
