Holidays

Only today and tomorrow remain til I have my boys home for weeks. Will be nice not to have to rush out of bed and organise last minute things for School. I think that they both need a good rest.

New Layout

I created this layout entitled Dine from a class at SOUL today.

Update

I managed to get two people to dance with me. That was sooo funny. Boy, I didn't feel too flash yesterday. Bit sick in the tum tum. Much better now.

So thankful that I had completed my tasks for the SOUL cyber crop prior to Saturday night. Just missed out on winning the bingo.

March is nearly at a close. Easter is almost upon us, followed immediately by 2 weeks of School holidays. Ah, there will go my peace and quiet. But I will have my lovely boys home with me.

Happy Birthday party Dean.  My brother is turning 40 on 11 April but is having his party tonight to pre-empt Easter and the School holidays. This way avoiding people's need to vacation at these times.

It's at the Leisure Inn. Hubby and I are staying over in a motel room attached so we can have a drink.

We are taking our son Damon along. It will be his first grown ups party. He's only staying til no later than 9pm and will be going home with my folks for a sleepover along with his cousin, Dean's son.

Looking forwarding to dancing the night away. Someone had better dance with me.

Today I have been busy creating two layouts for Scrap Of Your Life's cyber crop. I completed challenges 1 and 2.  Very happy with how they turned out. This is called "giving" and it is challenge 1.

No more mulch for me

I'm dying today. Must go and get a cuppa to try to revive self.
Yesterday I spent 1 and 1/2 hrs gardening and I shouldn't do this because I'm allergic to mould and it kills me. But, who else was going to do it? I'm going to give away the rest of my mulch.

On a positive note, Damon got 94% in his math test yesterday. A fabulous result.

Anniversary

Paul and I have been married for 15 years. We exchanged cards and the traditional gifts. Last night we went out for dinner (fine dining) at Gala Restaurant in Applecross. It lived up to our expectations and was a lovely evening out.

March's 'Happy Feet' Criteria......


Added Criteria for a maximum of 6 points

1. A penguin on the page somewhere = 1pt
2. Must have the word 'Feet' in the title = 2 pts
3. White and Blue to be the dominant colors used = 3pts
You can use other colors but want to see mainly white and shades of blue :)

Here is my contribution. It is called Same Size Feet.

It is entirely up to you if you want to use the added criteria....but it does give you the extra bonus points

CRICKET

Cricket is almost over for the season. My boys had their last games this weekend. Damon's team lost by 3 runs yesterday. Mark's team won by 5 runs today. Next weekend they both have an indoor cricket game as a wind up. That's it. Although, no rest for training as Mark's footy training starts next week.
